She is willing to work with you on a custom design back and forth until she is sure you will love it - even when you are doing it through email across continents! Her stones are excellent quality, and these pieces were unique. This makes the pieces even more special. She has an eye for drawing out the stones rare qualities in a secure setting and each jewelry piece from her is a work of art. She makes sure everything is shipped safely and securely.
